Return Request Window

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return:

Ship-Back Window

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Includes all components received

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products that meet the conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use
  • Items returned outside the required time window

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@cablearch.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product or quantity, please place a new order after your refund is completed.
