Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Any damage that renders the item unfit for resale results in a 100% loss of value and the item will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
